With hotel prices going up, we are always search for reasonable price hotels with decent conditions. We understand with the low cost that everything is not going to be perfect. The best thing I can say about the room we stayed in, room 247, is that there were no bugs. We did not see not even one creepy crawler. The worst thing I can say about the hotel is that even though you are an extended stay and you have people who are staying even long-term, there should be a courtesy knock on the door by a housekeeper asking do we need anything. No one did that my whole stay there. If that is what your rules are then there should not be any carpet in the hotel rooms. Not every traveler carries a vacuum cleaner. I had to go ask the front desk to have someone come to my room and vacuum the carpet then I just opted for buying a broom and dustpan from the Dollar tree to sweep the carpet in order to keep it clean. One other thing that I did not like was that the shower water pressure was so ridiculously weak. Other than that, I felt safe, it was comfortable, and the receptionist people were very nice.
I took a room at Extended Stay Reston as I did not know if I was staying in Reston or if I was moving out of state. I am now coming on my fourth year here. I have a bed, internet, kitchen, parking in front of my door - in short, all the comforts of home. It is a studio apartment. The staff is beyond accomodating.
I really like this place especially Mr.Abdol. he is very nice and calm and Professional with great hospitality. Highly recommend

We arrived and the room was clean! Location is great and staff was helpful. The units and complex is slightly run down and could use a revamp but other than that no complaints. We stayed 10 days for work and had no issues
